At Beaches Beauty we want you to get the absolute most out of your treatments, please take time to read through all terms and conditions prior to making a booking or buying products.
Please arrive on time and ensure electronic devices are turned off. When entering and using the space politely use quiet voices to ensure a relaxing experience for all.

We always recommend that you book treatments prior to coming to our salon as bookings do fill up quickly. For School holiday busy periods and weekends it is strongly advised to pre book well in advance to avoid disappointment. For bookings over $100, a 50% deposit will also be required at the time of booking.

Please arrive 5 minutes before to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your booking and to relax before your treatment commences. Our personal consultation is included in your treatment time.

We understand that unexpected things can happen—whether it’s traffic delays, work commitments, childcare challenges, or illness. However, to ensure we can continue providing the best service possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If this notice isn’t provided, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For bookings over $100, a 50% deposit will also be required at the time of booking.
As a small local business, every appointment matters, and last-minute changes make it difficult to fill your spot with another client. The cancellation fee helps us manage the costs associated with these changes.

In the event you have pre-paid for a series of treatments and you need to cancel but do not notify us within 24 hours of the appointment, the cancelled treatment will be forfeited in your series as you have pre-paid for these treatments at a discounted price, regardless of the reason childcare, illness, work, traffic etc. If the treatments you purchase become inappropriate for you, we will re-work the package to include treatments which are appropriate. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, move interstate, leave the country or change living or work locations or any other reason.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, allergy or where you do not like the product or do not get the results you were looking for. We accept returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please be reminded, we sell professional strength skincare with active ingredients designed to cause significant changes in the skin so your skin may show a response when initially used. Your skin may feel dry, bumpy, red or sensitive. This is normal. When in doubt, please take a photo in good lighting and send to our salon mobile phone 0493 863 316. We will guide you from there back to glowing skin in a timely manner.
